Dust Extraction with Eco-Friendly Filter

Most people forget that when for instance 1 m3 aggregates are filled into a concrete mixer in 4 sec., 1 m3 of air also has to be emptied in 4-5 seconds and preferably quicker. Otherwise, you will have an excess pressure in a dense mixer and you can force water into the gear of the mixer.

Haarup have developed a system to solve the problem with evacuating such dust from any mixer. Many years of experience have shown that if you install some extraction above the mixer and start the extraction ventilator before the materials are filled in, a small vacuum is built up by means of which you minimize the quantity of air that has to be displaced from the mixer.

The Haarup dust filters can be supplied for all sizes of mixers and can be adjusted to local conditions.
