Batching Gates

Haarup’s standard batching gates are supplied with a single or double pneumatic cylinder for coarse and fine batching. Fine batching is done by pulsating the gate, or the gate can be fitted with two cylinders, which allows two different gate opening’s for batching.
The bottom plate is suspended on rod eyes to allow adjustment for wear and tear.

The batching gate combines simplicity and requires minimal space. This means that for plants where there is limited space this is a very good solution.

At the same time the gate can supply very large quantities of materials in a short time, which is very suitable for plants that use large quantities of the same material.

The whole design is hot-galvanized and components have been selected with a view to low maintenance and long lifetime.
